I do accept the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition, within 14 days of having received your order. This excludes the return of custom design pieces and items on sale. If you not satisfied with your custom design, please contact me and I make arrangements to reassess your piece and discuss any necessary amendments.
If a product you have ordered is incorrect for any reason, I will arrange the return of your order and correct the error at no cost to the buyer.
An exchange or credit note will be given to you in replacement of your original order (excluding custom orders). Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Returns are not accepted due to change of mind.
Any damage caused by mistreatment, which may include (throwing, bending, rough play, dropping and general misuse) or any change to the item after purchase, resulting in damage, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All orders are posted through Australian Post. At the time of postage, you will be provided your tracking number. To track your item, visit the Australian Post website, or the postage service website of your country.
I cannot be held liable for parcels that have been sent by registered post or returns that have been lost in transit.
I reserve the right to deny a return, if it does not meet the terms laid out in the returns policy.
